Donna Scimia, Principal and founder of Scimia Consulting Group, Inc., is a results oriented consultant with expertise in problem solving. She has extensive, diversified experience in training and development, coaching, and management for major work/life assistance programs. Donna brings a unique perspective and a solid base of knowledge built on over seventeen years experience as an employee relations consultant to human resource professionals and top management in more than 75 profit and non-for-profit organizations. Industries Donna has worked in include sports, law, finance, entertainment, advertising, media, publishing, technology, automotive, accounting, insurance, retail, hospitality, medical/dental, pharmaceutical, and government.

Donna is also a paralegal with knowledge of employment law and labor relations. She consults with general counsel, human resources, and executive administrators regarding workplace conflict and organizational behavioral risk: cost, threats of violence, disability, domestic violence, harassment/sexual harassment, EEOC, safety, termination, downsizing, and workplace crisis.
